Visitors are welcome to explore these picturesque Victorian gardens every day from 8am to dusk. All four acres have been professionally designed and landscaped to fit various themes. Enjoy three ponds, a vegetable garden, a gazebo, a cascading brook, a collection of indigenous rocks and more.
Located on the grounds of Acadia University, this 2.5 ha (6 acre) garden and conservatory contains nine native habitats of Acadian Forest Region. Visitors walk the pathways that wind through the gardens and enjoy a picnic on the grounds. Guided tours are available on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer.
With a nature trail, a tricycle racing track, a cookhouse, a picnic area and much more, this brookside park promises fun for the whole family.
This 30-acre park has a scenic walking trail, an unsupervised pondside beach and panoramic vistas of Cape Blomidon and the Minas Basin. The park is open year-round from 9am to dusk.
