Wolfville at a Glance
Located in Nova Scotia's
Annapolis Valley, the town of Wolfville is situated at the northeast end of the
Bay
of Fundy. Visitors who come to see the Bay's spectacular tides will also find
a town that features a host of activities and attractions. History buffs should
check out the Randall
House Museum, which contains exhibits that tell the story of the town and
its inhabitants since the 1760s. Fans of the theatre will enjoy a day spent at
the Atlantic
Theatre Festival where troupes from across North America perform both classic
and contemporary plays. Visitors can explore the grounds of Acadia
University and pay a visit to the Acadia
University Art Gallery. The school is also home to the Hariet
Irving Botanical Gardens, which is one of several parks and gardens in and
around town. Blomindon
Inn Gardens and Resevoir
Park are two others that deserve a visit. With historical, cultural and outdoor
activities, Wolfville offers something for nearly everyone.
